Ingredients and substitutions
Flour Tortilla wraps
You can buy or make your homemade tortilla wraps. I love trying out whole wheat tortillas because they are rich in fiber.
Wraps keep the beans, cheese, and avocado together, making quesadilla easy to handle.
Tortillas taste like toasted bread in a sandwich.
Cheese
Cheese is heated, melts, and holds the ingredients inside the tortilla wraps together.
Cheddar cheese has a rich lactic tang flavor that balances out with the black bean and avocado.
I used cheddar cheese because of its distinct lactic taste. You can use light Mexican cheese.
