What To Dip In Hummus

Hummus is a creamy dip made from mashed chickpeas. I am a firm believer that you can never eat too many chickpeas. A lot of families in the United States consume hummus every day. In Israel, hummus is served with every meal.
Most American households use hummus as a dip. However, hummus has several other uses as well including using it as a spread and salad dressing.
A few people believe that hummus is an aphrodisiac that enhances sexual functions. Scientifically, hummus contains iron, magnesium, potassium, and zinc, which may to some extent improve sexual function.
