Ingredients

  • Cup Carbquik mix
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • Vegetable oil spray Coconut oil is better than normal oil.
  • 2 Tablespoons Heavy cream or another milk replacement.
  • 1 Large Egg Eggs are required to bind the other ingredients and add some protein.
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter (melted).
  • ¾ Teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cream cheese - Use as a topping
  • 1 Teaspoon Maple rich syrup - Use as a topping

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl materials.
  • Mix thoroughly so that a thick batter is produced. It is important not to overmix; just whisk until everything is mixed. Fluffy pancakes can be made with or without smoothing out the lumps.
  • After that, place a griddle or nonstick pan over low heat.
  • Spray the hot griddle or nonstick skillet with vegetable oil, coconut oil or a stick of butter, and then add three teaspoons of pancake batter onto the sprayed griddle.
  • Cook for 2 minutes per side. If bubbles start toform and the edges seem done, it is time for a flip. Fry it up, flipping itover and again, until it turns golden.
  • Keep going until all of the pancakes are done.
  • Put some butter and sugar over it. You may top these pancakes with whip cream, cream cheese, butter, or fresh berries.
  • You can sprinkle these sweet fluffy pancakes with one of your favorite syrup alternatives.
