Equipment

  • 1 Pancake Griddle or Pan
  • 1 Weighing scale
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Measuring Jug

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Krusteaz Pancake mix
  • 1.5 Cups Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter

Instructions

  • Heat the griddle to 250 degrees F (medium heat). Lightly coat the griddle or pan in 2 tablespoons oil.
  • In a large bowl, place 2 cup mix and 1 ½ cups cold water. Blend mix. Try not to over-mix the pancake batter. The batter needs to rest for 2 minutes.
  • Scoop a quarter cup batter and level it off with the back of a spoon to get an accurate reading. Pour it onto the 250 degrees f griddle.
  • Cook for 1 ½ minutes per side. Turn pancakes once when the tops are bubbling and the bottoms are golden brown for perfectly fluffy pancakes every time.
  • Continue the same process until you finish the rest of the batter.
