Ingredients

  • 24 Medium Marshmallows
  • 1 Cup. Dark chocolate chunks
  • 8 Sticks lollipop
  • ½ Cup. Easter sprinkles
  • Wilton candy melts (optional)

Instructions

  • Attach three marshmallows by piercing through the center of each marshmallow with a lollipop stick or skewer. Set aside on a plate.
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or a microwave. Ensure all the lumps are dissolved by stirring occasionally with a rubber spatula.
  • Dip the marshmallow into the melted chocolate, place the pops on the wire rack, and sprinkle the sugar sprinkles on the marshmallow pops.
  • Turn the pops, and carefully place them in a cup to dry.
