  • 1 Weighing scale
  • 1 Jug
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Whisk & Spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Golden Malted Original Waffle and Pancake Mix
  • 1 ¾ cup Whole milk
  • 1 tbsp. Melted butter
  • 2 tbsp. Powdered sugar
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the egg and buttermilk and beat them together.
  • Mix the flour in thoroughly, then stir in the melted butter.
  • Wait ten minutes before stirring the batter.
  • Spray the griddle with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Ladle onto a 350-degree griddle
  • When the air bubbles start to pop, flip the pancake.
  • Remove from the griddle when golden brown

Notes

Serve and sprinkle a natural sweetener such as maple syrup and add a few chocolate chips or use any of your favorite toppings.
