No bake Cream Cheese Mix
- 1 cup Whipping cream
- 1 cup Full-fat cream cheese (340grams)
- 100 grams Granulated sugar
- 7 grams Confectioner's sugar
- 30 grams Sour cream
- 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
Strawberry Filling
- 2 cups Fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Strawberrycrystals
- 1 lemon Lemon

- 10 Golden oreos
- ¼ cup Melted butter
- Strawberry jello crystals
- A dash of pepper (optional)
Cream cheese filling
Whip the cold heavy cream in a mixing bowl at medium-high speed till stiff peaks form. You could use a handheld mixer or a stand mixer. Set aside
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until perfectly smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar, sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla essence.
Add in the whipped cream and mix gently with a rubber spatula. Cover the bowl with a cling film and let it chill in the fridge for about two hours or even overnight for more stability.
Strawberry Crunch
Crush the Oreos in a food processor, and pour them into a mixing bowl.
Add melted butter and strawberry jello crystals. Mix well and bake for 8 minutes. Let it cool completely before use. (Baking the mixture is optional.)
Strawberry filling
Core the strawberries and add them into a saucepan together with sugar, vanilla essence, water, and slurry made from water and flour.
Crush the strawberries with a potato masher and stir continuously on medium heat for about 8 minutes.
Let the filling cool completely then stir in the lemon juice.
