It comes together by mixing a few ingredients in a mixing bowl. Remember to side aside in the fridge for best piping results.

Yes !! I love this crunchy part of the strawberry crunch cream cheese cones. You could buy them at the store or make them if you have a waffle cone maker! Sugar cones work perfectly fine too.
Strawberry crunch
The Cream cheese adds an exquisite flavor and texture as a topping to the Strawberry Crunch Cream cheese Cones.
Sugar glaze
Whisk some powdered sugar with lemon juice, milk, or water. A drizzle of the glaze on the cones. The result is a pretty pattern,as well as another level of sweetness.
Strawberry filling
The Strawberry crunch cream cheesecake cone will not be complete without this delicious fruity filling yum!! It blends perfectly with the cream cheese filling. It takes about ten minutes to prepare this fruit filling.
As Summer begins, we often prepare strawberry filling in bulk and in advance. The fruit filling lasts long when stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. We use it to top our ice cream, toast, and pancakes.

Final assembling
This is the fun part of this recipe, there are various ways of assembling your delicious cone.
First option
- Pipe the chilled cream cheese filling into the waffle or sugar cones.
- Sprinkle the strawberry crunch on the piped whipped cream. Add some strawberry filling.
- Lastly, drizzle the cones with the powdered sugar glaze.
Second option
- You could also dipped the cone in melted white chocolate and then roll the cone in a bowl containing the strawberry crunch.
- Pipe the cream cheese filling into the cone and finally top with the strawberry filling
Garnish with some fresh strawberries too, they are just so cute!

Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cones
Ingredients
- 6 cones Ice cream waffle
No bake Cream Cheese Mix
- 1 cup Whipping cream
- 1 cup Full-fat cream cheese (340grams)
- 100 grams Granulated sugar
- 7 grams Confectioner's sugar
- 30 grams Sour cream
- 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
Strawberry Filling
- 2 cups Fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Strawberrycrystals
- 1 lemon Lemon
Strawberry Crunch
- 10 Golden oreos
- ¼ cup Melted butter
- Strawberry jello crystals
- A dash of pepper (optional)
Instructions
Ice cream cone
- You can buy or make your own, especially if you own a waffle cone maker pan.
Cream cheese filling
- Whip the cold heavy cream in a mixing bowl at medium-high speed till stiff peaks form. You could use a handheld mixer or a stand mixer. Set aside
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until perfectly smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar, sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla essence.
- Add in the whipped cream and mix gently with a rubber spatula. Cover the bowl with a cling film and let it chill in the fridge for about two hours or even overnight for more stability.
Strawberry Crunch
- Crush the Oreos in a food processor, and pour them into a mixing bowl.
- Add melted butter and strawberry jello crystals. Mix well and bake for 8 minutes. Let it cool completely before use. (Baking the mixture is optional.)
Strawberry filling
- Core the strawberries and add them into a saucepan together with sugar, vanilla essence, water, and slurry made from water and flour.
- Crush the strawberries with a potato masher and stir continuously on medium heat for about 8 minutes.
- Let the filling cool completely then stir in the lemon juice.
Glaze
- In a mixing bowl, mix powdered sugar with lemon juice or milk. Drizzle the glaze on the cone.
