How to get the Best Lemon Chicken

While marinating, mix the marinade and ensure you flip the bag of marinating chicken over halfway through to redistribute the marinade.

Pound the chicken breast using a mallet (or a rolling pin) to make it thinner to make it cook quicker and more evenly

Let the grilled chicken breast rest for 5 minutes before serving/cutting so that the juices can redistribute evenly within the chicken.

NB: Don’t marinate the chicken for more than 5 hours. Marinating it for too long can toughen it up and make it chewy. I do not recommend marinating the chicken breast overnight.
